Cache Engines List Erratic 7.1.1

Attached you will find two screen shots. One showing my APC cache accelerator is enabled and the other is Dolphin saying that it is not. I just updated to 7.1.1. Not that its related but prior to the update it showed that APC was installed and supported with a green "Yes". I have also selected APC for caching on the settings page for all DB, Page blocks, Member menu, Template cache, etc.

I have noticed that looking at the cache engines in the control panel returns the results I describe in my first post.  However, going to the host tools audit it says APC is working.

• Dolphin:
  • DB cache = On (APC based cache engine) - OK
  • Page blocks cache = On (APC based cache engine) - OK
  • Member menu cache = On (APC based cache engine) - OK
  • Templates Cache = On (APC based cache engine) - OK
  • CSS files cache = On - OK
  • JS files cache = On - OK
  • Compression for CSS/JS cache = On - OK

I have exact same issue with fresh 7.1.1 install

*bump* is this a bug worth reporting in the official section of the forum or to be ticketed?
