CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION cannot be activated

Hi everyone,

I just moved to 7.1.4 and i get the following error off and on the browser.. the page works just fine though after a refresh.. what could be the reason? Any idea?

PHP Warning:  curl_setopt(): CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION cannot be activated when an open_basedir is set in G:\PleskVhosts\laymyshops.com\httpdocs\inc\utils.inc.php on line 1160

There is your answer.  However, I don't want to go near Plesk LOL

God knows what it really was.. now its not coming.. lets see :)

is there a base dir set?  Dolphin needs that not set.
