CSS compression messes up FontAwesome icons

My site's CSS templates use FontAwesome to display some icons. I guess it Fontawesome also comes by default Dolphin templates. When I turn on CSS compression, the icons disappear. Everything else works just fine. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Thanks.

Are you using the same set of font awesome as Dolphin or did you add a set?

I uploaded the latest files from fontawesome. So its not the same version.

After your message, I reverted fontawesome back to its original dolphin version but still no luck.

May be an issue with your template then.  I searched out on the next without luck.  The only thing I found was the same issue with Joomla.  There it seemed to be a problem with a hyphen (-) in the template name.  Joomla issued a patch for their code that fixed it on Joomla.  The issue with Joomla was the URL to the template became mangled if I understood the topic correctly.

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
