CSS Reset

The other day I was speaking with a friend of mine who I was showing how dolphin would be beneficial to use for his site as it already has all of the features that he is looking for. During our conversation, he asked if dolphin uses css reset. I had never heard of this before and he explained the basis of it and how it works, and then i googled it. Like I said before, I had never heard of it before and was wondering if it should be something that is implemented in dolphin. Dolphin does reset the browser styling for body. It could be better but then its not really a problem currently.
