CRON Job help

I installed Dolphin 7 and near the end they give you your CRON Job info you need for Cpanel.

I deleted the cpanel cron job by mistake is there a file I can view to see what I am suppose to put back in Cpanel?

/path/to/php -q /path/to/dolphin/periodic/cron.php

You should set the cron job to run every second (though consult your hosting provider on what they'll allow).
