Boxes not completing around items

As you can see by the picture this happens in several areas including the shout box.  Is there a fix to this?  It looks VERY sloppy.

Not without seeing the site. All of the lines between each row are missing as well. Your CSS is messed up somewhere but we would have to see the live site to locate the cause.

If you have made any recent changes to any template files or css changes may have caused issues.
