Boonex Spy Module fails

This is a first for me and patching sites.

As per upgrade, uninstalled the spy, wall modules to start.

Completed entire upgrade from 7.0.9 to 7.1.4 and all results indicated went well, no errors showing upgrades to the default modules.

When trying to install the "Spy" now, I get this, which I've never seen. Any help is appreciated.

Not very helpful with the error message.  Did you try uploading the spy module from the 7.1.4 zip download and overwrite what is on the server?

Check the module to see if it is doing anything to the database.  If so, check the sql and see what it is doing.  Maybe it is failing at database changes.

What about permissions?  Anything it is trying to do within the module that might need proper permissions?  I don't have a lot of knowledge on the spy module and that error report is worthless LOL.

Thanks GG for jumping in so quick.. I found my problem.

During initial start of update, when I uninstalled the wall and spy, for some dumb reason I also deleted the original "spy" module folder and proceed with patches.. lol

Uploaded a fresh full folder from 7.1.4 zip and bam, installed.

It was the other three folders to delete.

So I hope others can learn from my stupid mistake.
