Boonex License

I have 3 licenses with boonex only using two of them but now for whatever the reason. Once in a while boonex  logo " create your own social site keep pop up. How to get rid of that?

Are you sure that this site is licensed? Go to Account right here in top right, Licenses. See if your site is registered there. If not, then you need to fill in the code to in your Admin Panel> License.

 Yes it is registered.. The funny thing about it.. It is only happening rarely. like once daily or twice daily to me. I am sure some of the members are experience the same thing..

That's strange. I noticed a regular permanent license in your screenshot. Was this domain once tied to that license before assigning it to the prime license? If so, did you remove the domain from the permanent license before assigning it to the prime?

You can always try to 'reset' the license in case something got screwed up during the registration. Also, make sure that all cache has been cleared if you haven't already.
