I have placed the page block "public events" at the top of the column in my home page. But after a period of time (not sure - a day or two) it appears at the bottom of the column and "subscribe to newsletter " block is at the top. I swap them round and then after a while, they mysteriously swap again.
Has the dreaded Dolphin block swapping ghost infiltrated my installation or is there another explanation?
