Best module for selling Banner Ad space

HI,

What is the best module to use for ad space? We would like to set a program where we sell banner ad space: pay-Per-Click and pay per view, or just pay for month by month. Any suggesstions on what the best module would be?

I've been testing this out and it does look very good for our needs. modzzz is also great to work with.

 I have a question about this module. Does this module serves the add in rotation from multiple users or only 1 add from 1 user will be displayed untill it expires? Can this module be used for severing ads to external websites like google adword servers?

RESPONSE : Ads from every user who have posted an Ad are randomly displayed.

Can this module be used for severing ads to external websites like google adword servers?

RESPONSE : If the Administrator is serving ads using their adword account, it will work but not for every member because google ads does not allow serving ads from multiple accounts on the same site.
