Bad Word Filter

Hi folks,

I have been searching all over the boonex dolphin site trying to find some type of information regarding a bad word filter. It doesn't appear that there is any capability for this presently in Dolphin. I cannot find any addons that will do it either. I have found a few posts regarding this on the forums without any resolution. So sorry about this being discussed before but I still thought I would ask. Does anyone know of a way to setup a word censor/filter in Dolphin 7? It is a showstopper for me if it cannot be done. I cannot use the product without that capability.

I have done this in s few locations in dolphin.  it works well in chat  if you are not using rms for video and voice.  works on the shoutbox as well and a few other places ....

Bad word filter will come in 7.1

I need one for videos like this one so when they say badwords the site say peeeeeee when they say badwords

Is there an approximate timetable as to when that update might be available?

Good thing I wrote a ticket for this TEN months ago, or else it would be 2013 before we had it.  I'm not convinced there is even going to be a 7.1.  I think 7.1 is just a convenient place to pile features that they don't feel like working on.

Ouch Houston! That doesn't seem promising...like I mentioned I absolutely need to have this ability. (I wish I was knowlegeable enough to write the code myself..but I am not)

Presently I am looking at other alternatives but really hope to be able to use Dolphin...I see lots of potential with it..but this in my mind is a basic "Must Have" that isn't there.

I am hoping someone from Boonex can at least confirm with certainty that this actually will become available and when.
