Background colour of header D7

Hi, how do you change the background colour of the header in Dolphin 7?

I would like to know this as well please.  I cannot find it anywhere. Someone please help.

}

Change the value in red to whatever you like. Once done, save your changes and empty the cache/ (except for the .htaccess file) and cache_public/ directories.
