Avatars appear indistinctly

Hello community,
On my 7.1.0 are the avatars - display indistinctly
Will upload the same photo in the wall - it looks good.
Just as an avatar barely visible. Pixel incorrect.
Where can you setting? and how one must proceed there?

Try to check the following setting:

admin panel > modules > avatar > JPEG Quality Of Avatars (1-100)

Set it to 85 to have good quality.
