Avatar shows on Outline

I Wonder how I can get rid of the avatars and profile pics showing on my "homepage/frontpage" I don't want them to be there at all.

I was wondering this as well?

It maybe a problem when avatars from non-active members are shown in timeline:

I confirm that there is no 'maybe' about it. There is  definitely  a problem where avatars from non active members are shown in timeline and these people are usually spammers!
