Assigning specific LOGO's to templates

My site uses multiple templates & as I'm sure you all know it's extremely difficult having them all play nicely together.

I'd like to use another logo I made for only ONE of my templates while the others can use the default logo assigned in the admin panel. Anyone know how this can be accomplished?

I'd appreciate anyone's input on this.. I just need to be pointed in the right direction.

You can remove the logo code from _sub_header.html and add a static link to a logo in the template's image directory.

I see Nathan already responded as i was writeing this up. I will provide more details.

Place your logo in the templates images folder as Nathan had mentioned.

Edit the templates _sub_header.html and replace __main_logo__ with a img tag.

Example.

                <bx_injection:injection_logo_before />
                __main_logo__
                <bx_injection:injection_logo_after />


                <bx_injection:injection_logo_before />
                <img alt="logo" class="mainLogo" src="<bx_image_url:logo.png />"/>
                <bx_injection:injection_logo_after />


logo.png should be the name of your logo image file name.

If the template does not have a _sub_header.html then copy the one in templates/base to your templates folder and edit as directed.

This is how I'd do it:

1. Copy _sub_header.html from /templates/base/   into   /templates/tmpl_templatename/ 

2. Hard code the logo for that template in place by replacing:

__main_logo__

with

<img src="/media/images/logoname.gif">
