Articles not working

For some reason I can not use the articles if I try to enter them from the normal place, I have to enter them via the admin area. It there a way i Can set it so that members can add articles as well. This is driving me nuts, any suggestions

Default article's doesn't allow your members post articles. You need make a post in job section about what you needed !

Hi buddy, thanks for that info, for my site to be more interactive I really need that ability for members. not visitors but members. Where would I get something like that and at what cost would I be looking at. I dont mind paying too many people want everything for free.
