Apply Profile Customizer edits to profile_info?

It doesn't make sense that when you click on someone's info that their profile background changes...

Can the Profile Customizer be used/modified to change the background of profile_info.php as well?

I applied the css of the profile customiser to the accounts page and it was a hit.  The problem is that every once in a while, Dolphin flushes something, and the code disappears from the page.  I have to go to the backend and flush the caches a few times, sometimes twice or more, and then the account pages loads it back in.  Maybe I did not add the code bits correctly or maybe I need to place them in a different section of the page.

My members want it so the same background and box styling is applied to the view of their blog post; and this would be possible except for the glitch I am seeing.  By the way, this ties into my post about a real world Dolphin site with real members and what they expect.  And if I don't try to meet the expectations of my members, they will vote with their feet.
