Anyone know of a good email solution.......

other than Mass Mail built in? I thought there would be a module for one so I could build email campaigns and contact my site users based on a selected number of profile fields, but can't find anything in the Market.

Anyone know of anything?

It's easy to use with Dolphin or any other program where the internal mass mail isn't effective.
