Anyone have Video Tutorial on adding language key?

Does anyone have a video tutorial showing how to add a language key to Dolphin?  There is a member on here that needs that visual because I am having a hard time trying to explain it; and there is a language barrier as well.  The person's site has more than one language but if you can show just one language it should help.

Anyhow. I don't have one. But that reminds me. I need to get to work on that. I have plans on setting up a large video tutorial section on my site. Never seem to find the time to do it. Guess i need to get off my fat gluteus maximus and get it done.
