Anybody help me with this error code please

Hello I am with Arvixe webhosting and on and off keep getting this message when I try to open my site up!

I have not carried out any major work on it at all recently and again it popped up!

Does anybody have any ideas please :)

It looks like an issue with your template. You should contact who ever made your template.

dplant, that is not so much an issue with your template as it is with a file permission. where it says timed out failed to stream, means its unable to access it if it exists. verify that the file is on the server that is trying to be accessed, then switch to your uni template as a test and make sure everything is connecting, look at the permissions on your uni template dirs and files and make sure you have the same on your custom template.
