Allow email address to be used multiple times

Is this possible?

I know it's not the best idea but my accounts are approved manually.

Dolphin uses the email address as a login method, so no.

The problem is that I'm using modzzz "Sub Profile" mod to customize a Parent/Child scenario and most kids don't have their own email address.  And if a Parent has 3 kids - they will need a total of 4 email addresses.

Each email is unique also because the site sends out notices and such to members so I think the email system would get tripped up.  In your case I am guessing you don't want the kids to get emails in the first place.  However, we would not want a lot of bounced emails either.

How does the sub-profile module work?  Would it be possible to code it so that it leaves the email blank?  What is the scenario here?

You are right, I'm sure things would get messed up!

You create a profile and then you are allowed to create "sub-profiles" (same join form) that you can access/edit while logged in as the main profile.  For me the reason needed is for a Parent/Child site.

Modzzz has confirmed that he will customize his mod for me so that all users in each Parent/Child group will share the same email address.  My fingers are crossed!!
