There are a number of reasons for this to happen, and it is impossible to give a correct answer to your question without a url.

Did you clear the /cache folder after you upgraded?

My opinions expressed on this site, in no way represent those of Boonex or Boonex employees.

Here is my guess.

Not sure what version you upgraded from, but some of the versions of D7.1 had template fixes. So i predict one or both of the following problems.

1) When uploading the new upgrade files, some of your old files did not get over written with the new ones. In this case all the files in the template folder. And possibly files from the inc folder which is common because some people do a improper permission reversal when dolphin was first installed preventing new files from being uploaded to that folder during a upgrade process.

2) Cache folders were not properly cleared after the upgrade.

But HL is correct. We cannot tell you what wrong by looking at a screen shot. A site URL is needed to actually examine the site.

Dolhin upgraded to 7.1.0 to 7.1.4.

url http://smartanda.com/

Check the alignment of the   ' latest ,top'  option near with the 'public photos'

in your demo that options are right side.

Also showing the following error when i click on the photos and videos

Fatal error: Call to undefined method BxPhotosTemplate::getJsInclude() in /home/username/public_html/inc/classes/BxDolFilesModule.php on line 255

Fatal error: Call to undefined method BxVideosTemplate::getJsInclude() in /home/username/public_html/inc/classes/BxDolFilesModule.php on line 255

Yea.

Some of the files from one or more of the 4 upgrades did not get uploaded to your site. In other words you will have to upload them again in series to make sure all of them were uploaded.

This is from step 1 that you should find in all of the upgrade instructions.

Step 1

Download and extract the Patch Dolphin-Patch-v.7.1.4 and upload its files to your current installation, replacing all old files. Make sure that old files were REALLY replaced - site can become nonfunctional at all if old files are still in place.

NOTE: If you have custom translations, please refer to this instruction on how to add new language strings for your language.

You will note that it specifically states to Make sure that old files were REALLY replaced.

That is far more important than people realize, and it's that which causes the problems you are experiencing. When uploading the files you need to watch carefully for errors that occur during upload. If even one file does not get uploaded you will have issues.

Right now you have a mix if files that could be anywhere from dolphin 7.0.0 to 7.1.4. You need to re-upload them in series. No need to run the upgrade scripts again, you just need to make sure the files are at the proper version.

Also, make sure your ftp client is specifically set to transfer files in binary; many clients are set to auto.  I have also experiences upload issues with certain versions of FileZilla and have quit using the programme entirely due to it creating problems, like uploaded files having zero bytes.

Geeks, making the world a better place
