Ajax Autocomplete

I've got a dating site that I'm putting together and want to add additional fields to the profile.  Favorite Books, Favorite Movies, Interests, Hobbies, and Professional Skills (Like on facebook).  I'd like the fields to be autocompleted based on the communities input, so we can minimize misspellings.  Anyone know how to do this?
