This is what happens with companies move away from delivering the core function of a product.  The core function of a browser is to render web pages; not include a thousand other things.  Now granted web pages are much more complicated than they were 10 years ago.  So what happen here; did the javascript libraries change or did FireFox change the javascript engine?

no idea, but this problem all my visitors got which want to add events and i also tested it on my other boonex sites like the demo site, everywhere the calendar doesn´t work.

so this is a very bad issue for all sites if guests want to signup

This is confirmed on my mac.

Safari and Chrome still work.

Firefox prior to V19 update worked, now it doesn't.

I don't have the latest installed on my ubuntu laptop tho.

Funny thing is you CAN type the date in.

No errors in the console log either.

I changed the Date of Birth language key to include "Use YYYY-MM-DD" .

However... Safari displays the date as YYYY-MM-DD and chrome displays is as DD/MM/YYY.  O___o

What is the deal with these browsers?

At least Safari still works!

Has nothing to do with modzzz.  FF 19 update broke jquery datepickers all over the planet.

My opinions expressed on this site, in no way represent those of Boonex or Boonex employees.

nothing is working with the calendar, much more important is that registration is not working for all boonex sites since ff19 update

I only put that in there to confirm that I was having the same issue it was not a slam on Modzzz.  The date issue thing has been a real issue for me over the years... FF and flash for me breaks everyday and that too is such a pain... Thanks for the update on what happened.

I am working on a fix. Started here. http://www.boonex.com/forums/topic/DOB-Fix-did-not-work.htm

Those with various browsers can test my sites. I want to make sure it works with all browsers.

Thank you Deano for a quick fix, my fix is just temporary workaround which quickly makes it work, and your variant is more complete solution, I think we will come up with something similar to this in 7.1.1 update.

The pop up calendar sucks anyway! Now a person has to buy a drop down date selector (which should be included free with dolphin) that only works with singles profiles. I've paid hundreds and hundreds more for dolphin licenses ,mods, and scripts for dolphin for years...only to lose it all everytime they create a new version. Boonex is not creating software for us to build websites, they just keep creating buggy software with promises of the "next time" it'll be better; so we'll keep spending money and growing older as they keep putting out software where they fix one bug and create another and we never quite get our websites done. I'll probably be dead by the time they come out with Dolphin 36.4 ; so maybe I should try ... or some of the other software on the market and just mark all my time I've spent on Dolphin as wasted days and wasted nights.
