After Domain Change no visible photo for members

After I change domain name members have only see a gray picture at public photos of index page. I have 3 admins and they can see the photos.

When clicked on the gray photo as a normal member everything is there like title, description and so on, except the photo itself. Admins can see the photos as well.

Same at the groups, photos just gray!

Videos are ok and thunbnail can be seen same as avatar!

I´ve got the same problem can anyone help me what did i have to change, that members can see photos?

I'm still on  7.0.2 version

I have update on 7.0.3 and all does work fine

i have the problem after the upgrade from 7.0.2 to 7.0.3.  As Admin i can see the pictures, but my members cant see any pictures! That a big problem for me!! I have a Party and Event Site!

When i will open the photos direct, i see this:

i have change the data rights on the server. From uploader [1111] to www-data [33]  and now, its working!

This is the proper solution to blank public photos when viewed by anyone except admin.

Navigate to the following folder.

plugins/htmlpurifier/standalone/HTMLPurifier/DefinitionCache/Serializer

There are 4 folders in here. Make sure all 4 folders are writable. Mode 777 (Mode 755 if php is running as CGI)

Then empty the contents of each of those 4 folders.
