Advise "high risk payment processor", which works with sites from around the world. 

Many "high risk payment processors" sites takes only the U.S., Canada and the EU. 

I need to find a reliable and easy to operate "high risk payment processor", which works with webmasters outside the USA, Canada and the EU.

That's probably because I'm the one that asked for  this forum in the first place.  The idea was to accrue over time, a repository of hacks, mods, and free stuff.  The moderators around here don't take an active role in policing this forum, nor does anyone else.  That leaves me. What should be one of the most valuable resources on this site, is for the most part, a garbage pile.

I suppose it's at least a good IQ test for people that drop in here.  You get to see if they can figure out what this forum is for, if all you do is tell them.

To understand what "high risk payment processor" just type it in the Google search. I do not know in Nigeria is such a provider or not, but believe me, 99% "high risk payment processor" work with the United States, Canada, the EU, and the UK and it is a fact. 

 I understand that the issue does not quite fit in this forum, but I have not found where I can add this post. If you know you advise me.

I do still think 'high risk' payment processor is funny ....

in the US most social networking sites are considered "high risk" regardless of the actual content or intent of the site.  this is due to the perceived risk of fraud including chargeback issues.  my longtime financial institution (both personal and professional..both ways, I've done a bunch of real estate work for them in another lifetime) would not underwrite my merchant account (necessary so that my site can take credit card and other forms of payments beyond just paypal.)

I haven't chosen which merchant provider I will go with yet but after some fairly extensive research the 2 best seem to be 2checkout and CCBill.  

@DropsGod, not sure what country/region you are looking to get an account in but those 2 are decent places to start as they are both well established providers with reasonable rates (at least compared to others) and allow for a wide spectrum of clientele including adult/porn sites.
