Ads in Outline/Posts? Any module?

As we know every thing is going mobile version. Even dolphin as well (Hope so :p ), so with dolphin going responsive there will be a long list of posts on the home page. I was wondering any module in market that will post ads randomly in between the posts like twitter and facebook doing. Cause old google page impression strategy is going fail with mobiles. So any one know any module which works like this?
