 I've been locked out of the forum I administer.The admin name and password have not been changed by myself but they are not allowing me to access. I have tried doing the phpmyadmin route but to no avail. I reckon the forum has been hacked. Any assistance would be most welcome. |
When I had this problem, I created a membership called "Full admin" then gave that admin full access to all areas. Then I changed my membership to "Full Admin". You can try that. |
Thanks for your response. I cannot even create any new membership. All my notification emails are not being sent. It feels like its a complete shut out at the moment. I've tried rejoining etc but to now avai. Very frustrating. |
