Admin cannot view private photos?

If I go to a profile who has their photo privacy set to friends only, and I am not on on their friends list, I cannot see their photos. A members privacy settings for photos, videos, etc should not effect the admin being able to view.

Are you saying that you cannot see the photos in administration > Modules > Photos ?   If you want to peep at every single photo, this is a good place to do it.
