Admin Sort Order

Hi,
In ADMIN when you get the list of members, you have an option of SORT ORDER, how can I change the default to LAST JOIN as that is what I want to see in order to approve when new people join, instead of having to naviogate to teh bottom of list or resort..

Anybody?
