Admin Panel Settings URLs Lost

I attempted to use the Menu Builder in the Admin Panel today.   I dragged/dropped one field and all the settings (Admin Password, Basic Settings, Advanced Settings, Privacy Settings, etc) moved up separately to the top of the menu.  When I tried to put them back under the Settings headings, they would not move.   Now, none of the settings buttons contain any of the URLs, icons, descriptions.  Its just a title.   Anybody have any idea how to recover without restoring my site to yesterday?

I'd recommend logging into the admin sandbox in Boonex and just copying / pasting the URL's as needed.
