 Hey, Is there a way to automatically subscribe users to admin mass mails? I don't want this to be optional as I would prefer that all members received email newsletters that I send out. This is incase I have any important announcements that I would like to share with the full site. Thanks Chris :) |
In your Builders>Profile Fields, the field, "Receive site notifications:" is set as mandatory now, just drag to "Inactive Items" area and that should make all members receive mail. I have done this before and received many complaints about unwanted mail and had to go through the process of making a new page explaining how to opt out of site emails... In the USA you need to provide a way for people to opt out of emails under the Can Spam Act; other countries may have similar laws; you may want to check. Geeks, making the world a better place |
