Admin Approval Sections (Photos etc)

In many of the modules such as; video, photos etc my member requires approval from the Admin. Where and how is the admin informed that an item requires his/her approval.

A user tried to upload photos and it said it requires approval, but I as an admin do not see this anywhere. What am I missing?

You should be able to access that in admin-modules-photos-settings, and just check auto approve and auto activations

Try that and see

Actually I do Not want Auto on these items. So if it is not Auto then it requires Admin approval. How does Admin get informed of the pending approvals.

Hope I am making sense.

So SashaE would you be kind enough and tell me how does the admin know currently as to what is going on at the site? Is there a way. Unless everyone is allowing there users to put any kind of junk on their site.

In the meantime what is my solution?

Would this change be in the next version or in the current version?

I hope you like being the ever-vigilant kind of admin. You could also hire a developer to create a notification mod for your site in the meantime.

First, thanks for your response and this would certainly help in the interim.

Ideally an email blast to the admin for each and every item that requires approval is ideal, because you do not want your members waiting for too long. I am surprised that no one has made this an issue.
