Adding more Tabs to the top Nav Menu ?

I am running D7.1.4 - In the old version of Dolphin, I used to setup the number of Nav Tabs in:  Admin > Settings> Advanced Settings> Other  - But, I don't see <Other> option on D7.1.4 anymore.  I need to change to number of Menu Nav tab from 6 to 10 which are all showing under <more> section now..

Could someone help please..

You will find that setting in

Admin->Templates. Then in the settings tab in that section.
