Adding Sub Categories Doesnt Work

Ive read post about this and only a few fixes with no official word from the developers.  I cannot ad subcategories to my main categories in 7.0.3.  Ive had this software for a few months and still trying to get things to work that should work already.  Starting to get frustrated but gonna give it another week or so before I abandon it for something more reliable.  This is just not cool and they should have better support.

Can not reproduce this problem using the latest 7.0.4 version, please can you try to reproduce it on admin demo:
