Adding Boxes Fields Builder

When I add a box in the Fields Builder for example smoker, drinker, body type etc it does not show up on the website. I am using the name the same as it is in the predefined values page. Any help would be appreciated.

In the Fields Builder there are four tabs (Join form, Edit profile, View profile, Search profiles). The field needs to be placed under more tabs.

For example the field "Smoker" need to be placed under "Edit profile" (sub tabs Owner and Admin), under "View Profile" (sub tabs Admin, Member, and if you want Visitor), and under "Search Profiles" (one or more sub tabs between Simple search, Quick Search and Advanced Search).

It may sound complicated, but it is all very simple to do.
