Add items to quicklinks members page

I want to trim my menu and want to add some things that only members need like help and other menu items to the inner page quicklinks section but cannot find out how.  I just want to remove items from the long menu.  Any help would be appreciated.

Go into Admin Panel > Builders > Navigation Menu

Click on the Blue Boxes for things like Blogs Articles, Sounds, etc. When you edit the box you will see a place to add a checkmark to 'Quick Link'. To remove one from quick links, simply remove the checkmark. To add one, add a checkmark.

yeah I clicked the checkmark and reloading and clearing cashe and nothing has changed.  there is no help link in the quicklinks backend for the profiles.
