Add New Avatar block on pedit.php

How can i place the "Add New Avatar" ( normally on m/avatar ) also on the profile edit page? I copy'd the pageblock in the database and changed the name to pedit. It appears in the page builder but not on the page himself.

How to let it appear on that page? 

Anyone can help me on this issue?

The add new avatar block is a special block that only works on the avatar page. The page itself has tons of extra code that is not part of the block that the block requires to function properly. It will not work on another page.

I am not sure it can be done.
