Add Dashboard Item to Dolphin

I would like to add the reporting module I am working on directly to the main dashboard.

How do I do this?

Admin menu builder.

I'm having trouble locating where put the icon files as there is no browse button.

I tried putting here...

/www/modules/pdaddy/reporting/templates/images/icons

The url I am using to call my module opens in a new window.

There does not seem to be a place to control this in the publishing of the url.
