Actions CSS issue- HELP :(

This issue is getting on my nerves?  I changed the color for action buttons. You see it's light blue now...

1. screenshot20101005at903.png

If i move my mouse to the middle of the button, it will change it to full orange.  It works great..

2. hovermiddle.gif

HOWEVER if i move the mouse from right to left, it will hit the right side of the button.

3. hoverright.gif

I don't want to show part of orange like image #3, i want to show full like image #2. I've been looking for a way to solve it in CSS.  :/ Any ideas?

@prolaznil
Hmm i tried it.. it doesn't seem right. :(

@UFO360
Did you try it yourself?  it doesn't seem to be that easy.

You can download the image below and put "button_bg.png" file in templates/base/images/ and go test it in UNI template. Don't forget to clear your cache. That's all i did.
