Action blocks

Why isn't there a way to delete certain actions in the page blocks ?

I don't need the greetings, but I can't find where to delete it in the script. I deleted it in the database, but it still shows up in the mailbox. Searched the communicator file, but can't find which code to delete.

If you deleted it from the sys_objects-actions database table, you will also need to clear cache.

I did, several times. It is deleted from the actions block, but in the mail compose page the greetings still show up.
