About page, Copyright, and Terms of Use

I have a few  things that I was wondering if someone could help me with, could you explain to me why my "About" page is showing up twice in my admin and in the members side a notice says that it is not available.   I don't know if I have created 2 "About" pages or what I've done exactly.  Also the copyright is looking really weird at the bottom, it is too long for the line that it is on and I don't know how to move it can you help with that as well?  I did follow the instructions for the copyright and looked at videos too, but I think the line is too short for my copyright.  I also tried to fix my "About" page and no luck there, and last but not least I need to get the Boonex information off of the site but I don't know quite where to go.  I went to Admin>Settings>Language Settings>Manage Languages, search for: _TERMS_OF_USE.

Do you have a 3 party template? Would help if you posted a link to your site..
