The need for being able to management space usage by members is a on going problem.
I would love to see this as a new feature in dolphin or someone who can create a mod that actually work. Admin can determine how much drive space in MB or GB once the member reach there limit they can either delete stuff or maybe be have an option to purchase more space if they really dont want to lost anything.

i think there is already a module which assign disk usage space to users. You should check the market. try in administration category. Umar Haroon |
Yes, there is a module in the market to do just this. However, it has a flaw the developer has refused to fix. If a person deletes content, the database is not updated to reflect this. I even posted a bad review on the module's page with the intention that if the developer fixed the flaw I would ask that the review be removed. Search the Market for Traffic Inspector and then contact ESASE and tell him you would like to purchase the module if he would fix the flaw. Geeks, making the world a better place |
Did he ever fix it?
Seems like Deano is the only guy you can trust... :)

I have a message from someone where he claimed they did not need to worry; however, the update date for the module is Feb 16 2013 or something like that; too lazy to go out and check. I have not downloaded the current module to compare it to the one I am using. My guess would be no he has not.

Yes, Deano is at the top; also, I have always had good results from AntonLV and AndrewP; both have even worked with me; including Deano too on that, to understand how Dolphin works. Modzz has been good too. And I am sure I am overlooking some here.
Someone once contacted me and asked me about the developers; who could they trust. Maybe we should put together our own list of trusted vendors.

Geek Gyrl... I agree with your list. All of the vendors you mentioned have been above board with me...
How do we get our trusted list to be the only trusted list... LOL I got scammed by another vendor charging for opensource producct and then stripping out all the trademark info.... LOL Daddy been bit again...
