7.0.3 to 7.0.4 upgrade now blank page

I tried to update my 7.0.3 site to 7.0.4 so I can upgrade it to 7.0.5 after upgrade it said everything went fine no errors.

now I am not able to see my site anymore

I am however able to go to mysite.com/m/photos/home/

and see photos. but other than that if I click anything else it loads up blank.

admin works tho.

only thing that didnt work right during upgrade was recompiling the modules they failed but everything upgraded according to the upgrade script

What can I check to find out what happened?

I even checked, and redid the permissions, from the installation page. still no pages show up

ok here is what I did, I went on ahead and upgrade to 7.0.5

now my sites shows up. I followed all the instructions

I can see all the pages

I, however, still cannot compile the modules, uninstall or install the modules

when I tried to install a basic module it said the version was too old.

what can I do to fix this...

oh and my forums still havent shown since moving from shared hosting to dedicated hosting, since 7.0 rc a long time ago, but I can live without the forums for now

but any help would be well helpful lol

Ok i forgot one step was to change the 4 to 5 in the header.inc file i did that

it wants to compile but i get
