7.0.3 to 7.0.4 loging error

After upgrading users can no login or register please help! ;)

The member.php file SHOULD have been updated during the upgrade. I would double check that to make sure. Seems to be a common mistake here lately.

Also, if you had any customizations to the member.php file, you will need to re-do them.
