404 error on all module pages

Any help would be appreciated.

New installation of 7.1.4., yet I get a '404' error message for all the modules (all Boonex and even one from Modzzz).  I get the following error:

The requested URL /m/events/home/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Replace "event" with any other module name and I get the same error message.

All modules subfolders are own by the admin and all have 777 permissions.

My .htaccess file is completely blank (not sure why or how)...again this is a fresh new installation of 7.1.4.

Thanks.

Then upload a new copy. The blank .htaccess is most likely the reason. So replace it.

I don't have a copy to upload.  Can you please send me one for 7.1.4?  Thanks.

How did you get dolphin???

If you used a auto installer, then i suggest you search these forums on that. The auto installer is not reliable and quite often results in a site that does not run properly.

I suggest you get the zip file from this site. http://www.boonex.com/paymentprovider/payment download on lower right of page.

Install fresh. That zip file also contains the proper .htaccess file to use. Make sure your OS like windows is set to show hidden files so you can actually see the .htaccess file which is a hidden file in most operating systems.

Thanks Deano

Found the .htaccess file within Windows...had to un-hide the hidden files/extensions to view it.  Uploaded it and voila!!!

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
