mass mailer in 7.0.2

ok i have looked at this is there a way to send a mail from admin panel to just one member . i see in mass mailer but it only shows to send to a group of members or a certain age group and such. i want to be able to send mail to just one member if it is needed can i do that ? thanks

Mass mail is exactly that.  If you want to send to only one person, simplest way is to use the site email.  In "Compose a new message" check at the botton "Send copy to personal email."  This way it also goes to the email they registered with.

Greater options for mass mailer, like selecting from your list of members, would be helpful.  Don't know if Boonex has any plans for that, or if there is a mod.  Might want to check.

yes thanks for the info i thought as much i know in d6.1.4 there was or used to be a way to tick the members you wanted to mail but that seems to have gone out the window with new versions
