language & Themes selector broken

actually my selection in the bottom for the language and the theme is broken and not showing any popup 

also i can´t clean the DB cache and page cache " 

i did only a running of my php ! 

help needed

I just checked your site and did not find a problem. Language selector and theme selector working just fine.
