.htaccess not interpreted after CentOS migration

Hi Folks,

I've just moved a Dolphin 7.0.2 installation from a cPanel server to a CentOS VPS.

We've installed everything, all the permissions are fine, profile pictures are at their places, the database was successfully imported. So in one word everything is buttery smooth.

With TWO notable exceptions:

1) in the error_log: PHP Warning:  mktime(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'Europe/Moscow' for 'MSD/4.0/DST' instead in /home/clubtin/public_html/inc/classes/BxDolTemplate.php on line 302

2) if you try to access any profile - let's say http://www.clubtin.ro/razva - you will get a big, ugly error.

In the error_log: File does not exist: /home/clubtin/public_html/razva

So the .htaccess file is not "interpreted".

Please take a look at http://www.clubtin.ro/phpinfo.php and you will see that mod_rewrite is loaded and functional, along with eAccelerator, all the modules, etc.

Can you please give me a hand here...?

Thanks!

I can see no error, I take it you got it fixed?

Could be an issue with AllowOverride set to None. Should be set to All
