[Simple Messenger]Chat with selected fake profiles

Hi,

We need a module or extension allowing one account to chat connected with selected website profile (drop-down list) on a single screen. All that on "simple messenger" module already installed

Of course, all profiles that will be animated with one only account are fake profiles.
Someone knows a solutions to do that ?

why would you want to have fake profile /s or setup fake profile using simple messenger ?!

I don't see how this would benefit your site or audience ... most real people are not sooo stupid that  they would not realize they was talking to chat bot etc.

I've seen this before on a dating site.

It is a bad idea if you ask me... (NO MONEY MAKER) if that is what you are going for.

Why don't you delete any real members, if there is any, and just have the FAKE members chat with each other?

When people realize they're talking to a bot, they won't want to stick around. I also don't think there's anyone here who can/wants to develop this.

Firstly, thank you for answers.
Then, to answer you, to have an attractive dating website at launch, we integrate fake profiles.
So we hope that hostess can connect to the site and animate this fake profiles on the "simple messenger" module at least for the launch.
Actually, The problem is that hostess are obliged to change systematically account for animating multiple profiles.

So do you have a solution (extension or other chat module) to animate multiple profiles by logging into one account?
Otherwise, if someone thinks to be competent to create a custom solution, we are ready to offer a paid job for this.

I still do not see how this will help you .... if anything it could cause you embarrassment on your launch!

If you are trying to demonstrate your site working to others at the time of launch, it would be better if you gathered a handful of friends / family and asked them to be active members on this day.

As Nathan stated you will find it hard if not impossible to find someone at BoonEx that would develop what you are asking as fake profiles / such trickery is pretty much looked down-upon

edit: I'm sure even a few people here at BoonEx might be happy to be 'active members' at your site (for the launch) if you asked via forum ... as soon as 'real' people start seeing your site and realize the profiles are fake they will not look at your site again I guarantee!

There are toooo many giveaways that real people will pick up on right away.

Remember the first impression counts!

I think we've discussed this before but if you're charging people and using fake profiles I think you're asking for a lawsuit.

I believe the legal term is fraud.

It sounds like to me he wants to have a real hostess who can manage multiple profiles and chat with people using different names until the site membership grows to a level where that doesn't need to be done anymore.  They would be chatting with a real person representing themselves as multiple different individuals....

Sure, there are fake people all over the internet.. The difference is people aren't paying to talk to them. When you have a dating site and you deceive people who are paying that's fraud.

Real users these days are not that stupid and the giveaways are many ...

Having one person betending to be different people people is still trickery lol (and kind of funny) and if found out would surly harm the trust of site.

Also, OP stated he wanted this 'at least' for the launch with tells me he would do this long term also; and this is bad practice IMO.

I am aware of a local based chat room / service that was paying a group of people to chat in their chat rooms until more regular people used it ...

 I never said it was a good idea. All I said was everyone misunderstood what he was trying to do....
